Paws & Love was founded with the well-being of every pet in mind. We know that our pets are part of our family and how difficult it is to trust someone to take care of our pets and treat them with love, affection, respect and understanding.

We have created our boarding keeping in mind that pets miss their owners and we want your pet to feel like a family and enjoy himself instead of being locked up for long hours in a cage or being limited in a space. 

 

Our team is trained in CPR and First Aid for pets, and is also certified as a Professional Pet Sitter since 2014..

Hasn't it happened to you that when you're planning a trip, the hardest thing to do is to know who will take care of your pets while you travel? We went through that.

​

On one occasion when I had a trip to the United States that lasted two weeks, I made the decision to leave my pets in a boarding house. This lodging concept only takes the pets out for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon, the rest of the day they are locked in a cage. I asked the employee to let me see the facilities and then I saw the sad cage where my pets would be for two weeks. It was super depressing and it was even more depressing to see the faces of the other pets inside those cages meowing and barking. At the time of leaving them, I brought a bag with treats and toys in addition to the beds. In those two weeks I never heard from my pets and honestly I was missing them so much that I wanted to go back. When I went to picked up my pets I came across a great surprise, my pets were skinnier and extremely sad and on top of that, the bag that I gave to the employee full of treats and toys was intact, with the same knot with which I handed over. When I got home, they didn't want to eat and they were sad for two days. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and out of my frustration, pain and sense of guilt I told myself "I have to do something" "Because I can't be the only person who has gone through this"

From this experience Paws & Love was born. Experience that no person or pet should have.

Paws & Love was founded with compassion, understanding, and love for animals always in mind. Is it true that we want the best for our pets? So let's put ourselves in their position. And that's exactly what we did with Paws & Love. At all times we think of their well-being, safety and happiness.

 

In 2022 Paws & Love has opened its online store that specializes in selling accessories for pets and their owners. 

 

Our goal is that you feel identified with your pet with accessories that give you that spark of emotion and at the same time that reflect your style and taste. We will be working hard to be able to diversify and bring you more options and variety. This is just the beginning of a great adventure.
