OUR CONCEPT

At Paws & Love we offer a cage-free boarding service in a home environment full of affection and love for your pet. Our facility is equipped with air conditioners, TV, comfortable beds, a variety of toys, and a playground. All this is in a safe, happy and professionally supervised environment. Our team is trained in CPR and First Aid for pets, and is also certified as a Professional Pet Sitter since 2014.

​REQUIREMENTS

​

The purpose of Paws & Love is to provide a safe, calm, comfortable environment during the stay of your pet (s). To ensure the safety and health of your pet (s) and our pets, we require that all guests meet the following requirements.

​

Age. Dogs must be 3 year or older. Cats must be at least 12 weeks of age or older.

​

Spayed / Neutered.  All pets of 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered.

​

Vaccines. All pets must have their vaccinations up to date. The owner of the pet must present a written receipt from a licensed veterinarian, before any entry to Paws & Love facilities. In the case of dogs, vaccines for Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper / Parvovirus (DHLPP) are required. In the case of cats is required the vaccines for rabies, Leukemia and Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (FVRCP). The vaccines must be administered 7 days before the first day of the stay.

Preventive. All pets must be free and on preventative of fleas and ticks.

​

Conduct. Every pet must be sociable and cannot have an aggressive behavior. No dogs that barks a lot or nervous.

 Must get along with cats and kids.

Evaluation. For safety reasons, all pets are required to perform an initial assessment where we integrate your pet with other pets and observe that your pet is a sociable one. The cage-free boarding is only for well-educated and sociable pets that have undergone an initial temperament assessment and have been considered “acceptable” for such services, at the sole discretion of Paws & Love. It is important that your pet is sociable, tolerate being in a cage-free environment, not be aggressive, or possessive with toys and food. Evidence is required that the pet is up to date with its vaccines before the initial evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation, Paws & Love reserves all rights to refuse to provide pet care services for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion.

 

 The evaluation is an excellent opportunity to get to know us and see our facilities.

RESERVATION

​

Reservation. An initial deposit of $ 30.00 per pet (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited to the total amount of your stay. 

The stay must be paid in full at the time of leaving your pet at the hotel.
