SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges will be based on weight and your location.

Order are shipped within 3-5 business days and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided once your order has shipped.

We use USPS First Class.

We ship from Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico

Shipping Costs for Accessories

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control

As soon as the order is given and accepted by the postal service, Paws & Love doesn't have the control to speed up the delivery, know where your order is and/or respond for potential delays by the postal service.

 

You can check the status of your order using the tracking number that we will be providing you through email once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days for Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands or 30 days for United States after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at order@pawsandlove.com with your name and order number, and we will contact the postal service for you.

 

If you receive your order in damage condition, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your item at order@pawsandlove.com with your order number, a photo of the item's condition, package and label. We will work with you on a solution which may involve a replacement order or a refund back to your original payment method.

 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to provide us the correct address and pay for the shipping cost once again.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because personalized items are made with your specifications these items cannot be returned or exchange unless we make a mistake.

If it was our mistake, it's on us! 

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item if you are unsatisfied with your order.

If we made a mistake (missing info, wrong pattern, misspelling) we will replace the product at no cost to you.

Product arrived in damage condition 

If you receive your order in damage condition, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your item at order@pawsandlove.com with your order number, a photo of the item's condition, package and label. We will work with you on a solution which may involve a replacement order or a refund back to your original payment method.

If you made a mistake

You have 24 hours after submitting your order to make changes. The cost of making changes to the tag $ 5 for each side of the tag that has to be modified. After 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee to make the changes.

Cancellation of order

You have 24 hours after you have submitted the order to cancel it. After having passed the 24 hours of having placed the order we can not guarantee the cancellation of the order.
